DAY 1 | February 16, 2025 | ARRIVALS AND WELCOME
LOVING ACCEPTANCE: Embrace yourself with compassion and non-judgment.
As you arrive and settle in, we invite you to embrace the calm and welcoming atmosphere of the retreat. The opening ceremony will introduce you to the facilitators and fellow participants, followed by a light dinner and relaxation to help you ground and connect with the peaceful surroundings.

DAY 2 | February 17, 2025 | AUTHENTIC EXPRESSION
Express your true self without fear or pretense.
Begin the day with a mindful sunrise beach walk and meditation, followed by invigorating Vinyasa yoga and pranayama to awaken your energy. In the afternoon, dive deeper into self-love through a reflective workshop and journaling, and close the evening with a calming Yin and Restorative yoga practice to nourish both body and soul.

Begin with a revitalizing Vinyasa yoga and pranayama session, followed by a nourishing breakfast. Spend the afternoon on a stunning boat tour to Cayo Zapatilla, with time to relax and explore afterward. The day concludes with a group dinner and a peaceful candle-lit Yoga Nidra practice to unwind and reflect.

Enjoy free time to explore or relax, then dive into an empowering somatic breathwork session in the afternoon. End the day with a sunset beach walk, community dinner, and group games to connect and unwind.

Start your day with with an energizing Vinyasa yoga and pranayama session, followed by a nourishing breakfast. Spend the late morning exploring the Permaculture & Cacao Farm, enjoying an organic lunch on-site. After some free time to relax, the evening brings a transformative cacao ceremony and intuitive dance ritual, concluding with a community dinner.

After free time to explore or relax, dive into an Asana workshop, then embark on a beach adventure to Polo Beach. The day ends with a community dinner and a heartfelt closing circle to reflect on your journey.
