Julia Solazzo merges yoga teaching with soulful healing in her unique yoga classes. She is passionate about bringing together the philosophical underpinnings of traditional yoga with the somatic practices of healing and releasing stored stress and trauma in the body.

For Julia, yoga is a practice of finding center within the sacred space of ones own soul. As such, her teaching style is anchored around grounding and healing practices to come back into alignment with the truth that lies within.
